Fault 1: The laser intensity decreases and the mark is not clear enough
Solutions:
1 whether the laser resonant cavity changes; Fine-tuning resonator lens. Make the output light spot better;
2. Acoustooptic crystal deviation or low output energy of acoustooptic power supply; Adjust the position of acoustooptic crystal or increase the working current of acoustooptic power supply;
3 the laser into the galvanometer deviates from the center: adjust the laser;
4 if the current is adjusted to about 20A and still not strong enough: Krypton lamp aging, replace the lamp.
Fault 2: Krypton lamp cannot trigger (refer to NTP power supply manual)
Solutions:
1. Check all power cables;
2 High voltage krypton lamp aging, replace krypton lamp.
Krypton lamp use and replacement
1 Turn off the water cooler and laser power.
2 Open the upper three cavity covers, take out the lamp or crystal to be replaced, put in after replacement, install the cavity cover.
3. Turn on the water cooler, laser power supply, and adjust the laser power current to about (15~20)A. A small piece of wood or black paper should be placed between the front diaphragm and the beam extender. Laser ablation spots should be seen. If not, slightly adjust the three knobs on the front diaphragm stand until the spot appears.
4 after the laser debugging, the three knobs of the front diaphragm frame should be adjusted repeatedly to make the spot stronger. If the laser is too strong and the brightness is too high to observe, the power supply current can be reduced.
5 关闭激光器电源。
特别注意:更换氪灯的时间
激光器中氪灯出厂说明氪灯的使用寿命为300小时,但由于用户使用条件不同,上述时间并不能作为更换氪灯的一条依据。随着使用时间的增加,氪灯的发光效 率下降,激光输出也随之减弱,很多用户为了获得足够的激光输出,就加大激光电源的电流,使氪灯发光增强,这使氪灯老化加快,形成恶性循环,有时会导致炸灯 现象。为了防止这种现象发生,我们建议用户按下面的方法决定是否应该更换氪灯。
当换上一支新氪灯时,记录下正常打标时的激光电源电流表数值,作为标准电流值。
当氪灯逐渐老化,加大激光电源电流输出,但电流表数值不应超过标准电流值的1.25倍。
